Updated: Free Scrapbooking Inventory Forms – Sizzix Die Forms Added!

When I created my original post(s) offering some free scrapbooking inventory forms, I got several requests for new forms, one of which was an inventory sheet for Sizzix dies.  I apologize for taking so long to get this done but I finally did!  I’ll update my original posts to add the new forms as well but for now, here are the new forms that you can download absolutely free!
