Yesterday, my bff Shelly came over to make some cards for her daughter, Ashley who is graduating from boot camp next week and we ended up going shopping and crafting. Shelly is known for getting distracted and she ended up re-organizing my border punch drawer (I couldn’t fit all my punches in there anymore LOL) So instead of crafting, she organized for me. Here is a during and after pic. She’s a good organizer!
Much better! Thanks Shelly!
Anyway… this is what I accomplished.
Father’s Day card for my step-dad. – I printed the little circle sentiments from the silhouette library and I cut the saw out using my cameo.
Card for Ashley congratulating her on graduating from boot camp – I used the wooden stars from Kat Scrappiness and inked and distress stained them.
Scrappy Friend Card – made for an online friend 🙂 the sentiment is from Kinderstampo’s Friendship stamp set.
New Home Card for a friend who just moved. I used an old stampin’ up stamp set for this along with the felt clouds from Kat Scrappiness.
Happy Father’s Day card for my grandfather. This was the most important card that I had to make and of course it’s the one I messed up on several times. I went with it anyway because my grandfather is so sweet that he’ll be happy with it mistakes and all 🙂 I love that man!
We had a fun day and I was happy to get some cards done! Now to get to some scrapbook layouts! Thanks for stopping by!

Wow, can I borrow Shelly?? Just for a little while, lol…I wish I had friends like that; she did a great job with that drawer. Great cards! It’s hard to pick a favorite one though because they’re all really nice! TFS!
