Hi everyone! I’m so sorry for my absence but it’s been so busy around here. So much going on! It’s the busiest time of the year at work (www.KatScrappiness.com) and my blog comes after work and family so….that’s why it’s been so quiet. 🙂 I hope someone is still reading this blog! LOL If you are, please leave a comment so I know you are still here 🙂
I started out with a photo of my babies to show you how big Bailey has gotten and how white my sweet Ava’s face has gotten. They are the best of friends now and bring so much love and laughter to my life! (Bailey brings a lot of frustration as well LOL but he’s one year old now and his sweetness makes up for it!)
The thing I wanted to share with you today is my NEW FAVORITE trimmer of ALL TIME! I have purchased and tried almost every paper trimmer on the market over the years and I’ve finally found one that I absolutely 100% love! I can’t find ONE thing wrong with this trimmer! And to top it off, it’s INEXPENSIVE! It retails for $34.99 but you can get it for $29.99 at Kat Scrappiness).
It’s the Tim Holtz Precision Craft Trimmer.
I’m not just trying to sell you one, I genuinely LOVE this paper trimmer. Anyway, it’s currently out of stock at Kat Scrappiness (sold out fast) but it will be restocked (they are on their way) so if you’d like one, add your email to the notification box and when it’s back in stock you will receive an email.
Everyone’s crafty friend, Jennifer, made a video about this trimmer so I won’t repeat what she’s already done, I’ll just share her video with you! I highly encourage you to check it out if you need a new paper trimmer!
This weekend is my birthday and I’m going to a crafty get together at the home of one of my design team members to create and have fun! I NEVER craft away from home so I’m excited and hope to get some Christmas cards made!
If i get any cards made soon I’ll share them here.
What crafty things I’ve been doing lately….
I have been playing with my Spellbinders Glimmer Machine (the link is my affiliate link to Amazon where you can get one!), a lot lately trying to perfect my foiling (I still have a long way to go!). But its SO FUN!
SECRET COUPON CODE FOR KAT’S READERS ONLY!!!!
One last thing, if you haven’t seen the holiday releases at Kat Scrappiness this year, please stop by and take a look. We could use your support. The companies from china are hurting not only our business but all of the small crafting companies right now so buying direct will help a LOT!

Just found your blog through YouTube. Thanks for the wonderful video on black ink pads!
My only foray into stamping was in the mid-late 90’s and we didn’t have that many options. I recently started back and have been overwhelmed with the options!
Your video helped clear up not only the black ink question, but also questions on different types of ink pads – pigment vs dye, fast vs slow drying, and so many more!
Thank you!
