Hi guys, so I got a new boy’s collection from Carta Bella and it’s called Boy Oh Boy and of course it comes with no embellishments except one sheet of stickers. So I sat down this morning and made my own. I used my dies, punches, buttons, stamps, enamel dots and wood veneer.
This first photo shows speech bubble wood veneer, all I did was get some of my stamps out and some black staz-on ink and stamp sayings onto them. I stamped both sides so that I could use them on either side of the page/photo. This was so simple…I’m going to do the same thing with my wood veneer banners when I get some more colors of staz-on.
This next photo is of the paper embellishments I made. If you would like to see a step by step tutorial on how to make any of these, let me know. I can do a blog post and/or video showing how I make them if you’d like.

Great embellishments! Did you make those tiny folded paper rosettes yourself? I’ve made ones that small before and they are pretty tricky!!
