Hi everyone! I’ve been busy behind the scenes at Kat Scrappiness, but I did manage to take a day off and go to the Toutle River over by Mt St Helens on Saturday! It was a beautiful day but I didn’t get to go tubing because I’m stuck in a walking boot until further notice!
I saw a lady on Facebook who makes pokey tools and she made one using beads that I thought was pretty and it gave me an idea to make a garland for my craft room that looked similar. I decided to give it a try and I ended up making three of them and they look like this! Now i need to figure out how to tie the ends off (elastic beading line) so the beads can be hung up! (Do you have any ideas on how to do that? Tying a knot doesn’t work because the hole in the beads is too big! Please leave a comment if you know how to tie off the end of something like this. Thanks in advance!).
Oh and I have to share this with you! This is my favorite new Halloween Paper Pad this year! How cute is this???
