A year ago today, I said goodbye to my beloved best friend for 12 1/2 years, Ginger. It was so difficult and even today I find myself in tears if I think about her too much. I still call Abby by Ginger’s name periodically and catch myself looking for her from time to time.
I’m SO grateful for all the wonderful, fun, and loving memories I have of time spent with her, and will never forget her. I love you Ginger girl and I look forward to the day when we can be together again!
Here are some of my favorite pictures of Ginger.
This was one of the last pictures I took of her. She sure loved her bandanas! She would get so proud and happy when I put a new one on her! If I held it out in front of her, she would stick her head through the opening just to get it on. It was so adorable!
Cherish every moment that you have with your beloved pets. The time goes by so quickly….

I can totally identify with your feelings of loss. To lose one of our furry family members is devistating and hurts for a long time.
