If you have seen my new post about copic marker storage and organization, you will see that I’ve (once again) changed my mind about how to store my copics. If you’ve been following my blog for a few years, you will know that I’ve done this many times! The truth is that each different method I’ve tried works for awhile until I decide I need a change due to how I use my markers. Right now, I need them in front of me but still somewhat mobile so I’ve decided to do this.
So since I’ve got a new way to store my markers, I want to offer someone else the chance to use my other storage so I’m listing it for sale at a huge discount! (If you live in Canada, scroll to the bottom of this post, my best friend is selling hers too and she lives in Canada!)
For Sale in US: – SOLD – HOWEVER, IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA, I HAVE ANOTHER FOR SALE BELOW!
Copic Carrying Case (Retail is $117.00 on Amazon), Copic Insert ($34.99 on Etsy) – Get them both from me for just $100 plus shipping. That’s the bag AND the insert for less than the cost of the bag alone!
Here is a description of the insert from the manufacturer’s website:
Description
This item is a homemade insert that fits inside the Copic bag. The insert will hold 276 markers. If you are tired of trying to find the marker you need because it’s nested in a container with other markers, this is the perfect organizer for you.
This insert is NOT the light grid that our competitors use which only allows the markers to go in diagonally and fits so tightly that sometimes the lids pop off. OUR INSERT is a handmade item made out of 1/4″ unpainted MDF board with holes drilled to specifically fit the Sketch markers. The Ciao markers will also fit into these slots.
* Hold 276 Copic markers
* Fits Sketch or Ciao markers
* Insert is unpainted (NOTE: If painting the grid, DO NOT USE water-based paint on MDF board)
*Wood may be darker than pictured
This is not a stand alone grid. It is made to specifically fit into Copic’s black carrying bag.
** MARKERS ARE NOT INCLUDED **
**COPIC BAG NOT INCLUDED**
Materials: Unpainted 1/4″ MDF board
External Dimensions: 15 1/2″ x 9″ x 4 1/2″
Anyway, her insert holds 234 Copic Markers and here are some pictures:
She is asking $100 USD for hers. If you are interested in her storage bag and insert, send an email to MonaDoucet@hotmail.com.
Thanks for stopping by! Happy Crafting (and coloring!)

Well, I am glad that I found your post before you sold your bag and changed. I have had the copic bag for years but. Had not seen the insert. I did find it after I saw it here and I love it!

I’m so sorry I didn’t see your post in January! I’ve been looking for this discontinued Copic bag for a long time and was going to buy the TJandThings insert for it. You had both!!! BUMMER!
