Two Cards Using Altenew’s Painted Flowers Stamp Set

I recently purchased the Painted Flowers stamp set from Altenew and let me tell you, this is a fun set to play with!  I would not recommend it for beginning stampers though because there is a level of difficulty involved in not only this set, but all of the multi-step stamps that Altenew sells.

Here was my first card.  I dropped my black ink pad on the bottom, left hand corner but decided to photograph it anyway, I spent too much time making it to just trash it over some black ink!  Chances are the person I give it to will either a) be a stamper and understand or b) not even notice!

I decided I wanted to play around with more ink colors so the next card has four different color combinations on it.  I’m not thrilled with how the sentiment turned out but otherwise it’s okay.

Lastly, here is one of the painted flowers up close.  It’s not an “exact” science when stamping anything “painted”, it’s more of an “artsy” look you are going for.
