From Sketch to Scrapbook Page – Kat Style!

I was at my local scrapbook store the other day and decided to pick up some valentine’s day papers so that I could scrapbook my grandfather and new grandmother’s one year anniversary and how in love they are.  (Newlyweds!)  I saw the cutest collection called “Love You More” by Imaginisce”, so I picked out my favorite papers from the collection and the sticker sheet and I was off!

I rushed home and printed two photos of my grandparents on my NEW TOY, the Canon SELPHY CP900 Black Wireless Color Photo Printer (which I am LOVING!!!).

This is the sketch that I used (found on pinterest) and below the sketch is my interpretation using my new papers and stickers 🙂  The first picture was taken on their wedding day and the second picture was taken on their one year anniversary.

I plan on mailing this layout to them for their Valentine’s Day presents, they live in SC and I’m near Seattle so it’s the best I can do from a distance.  I sure hope they like it!
