Today I thought I would share some pictures of how I store my distress inks and the ink blending foam pads that I use with the blending tool. I cannot take credit for this idea, I got it from waterfilterlove on youtube. She came up with the idea of storing them on paper with velcro and I just made my own. So here’s what I came up with.
First, I store all of my ink pads in an old cassette tape holder but I wanted to share how I label and color the labels of my distress inks with my label maker. I just took my finger (not recommended lol) and smeared the ink over the labels that I made with my label maker.
Next, I took a piece of Kraft cardstock and drew some lines to make boxes big enough for my foam applicator pads to fit and cut a piece of velcro to put inside of each box and labeled them.
When I was finished, this is what I ended up with.
No more searching everywhere for my little applicator pads and getting ink all over me and my stuff because they are all in one place! I hope this helps some of you! Have a great day!

I have the same system for the ink pads, but I stuck the labels upside down to store them this way. Great idea for the pads, I’ll have to do that as well!!
