Well I NEVER thought I’d say this but we have another new family member…His name is Peanut and he is JUSTIN’S 2 month old kitty! (Notice how I reiterate that he is Justin’s kitty? LOL). My biggest concern was Abby but believe it or not, my 135 pound St. Bernard is fine with the kitty, it’s Ginger, my 10 1/2 year old Malamute that seems to want to eat her! I think she believes that the kitty is a toy! She acts like a puppy whenever she sees the kitty lol Her ears pop up and she opens her mouth and tries to eat her! But she doesn’t growl or act mean, just like it’s one of her stuffed squeaky toys!
Here’s a picture of Justin and Peanut.
If anyone has any tips on how to teach a dog that a kitty is NOT a toy that you can chew on, please share them with me. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!

Malamutes can have a strong prey drive. The first place I would research is The Dog Whisperer’s website! (Cesar Millan!)
