A Few New Layouts and a Card

I have a couple of layouts and a card to share today.  This first layout is one that I thought I had completed a couple of days ago but I went back and added a banner across the top, the name “Holly” in thickers and a journaling sticker near the bottom of the page in the middle.  I think it looks much better now.

This next layout is the first of its kind that I’ve completed.  I thought I’d try a different style because I was getting bored with my own.  I’m not sure if I am happy with it or not but I don’t hate it (lol).  I used Pink Paislee’s Hometown Summer collection on some kraft cardstock and sprayed and flicked paint on it.  It’s the first time I’ve done that as well and I think I overdid it with the flicking of the paint!

And last I have a card to share.  I made this thank you card for one of the counselors at the rehab center that my son is in.  She is a very special lady and I hope she likes it!

My pictures don’t do any justice to anything I make because for one, I am a horrible photographer and two, my lighting stinks.  But until I can afford an Ott-Lite and learn how to use this camera better, this is what I have to offer.  (*grin*)
