Hi everyone, so I have a little booklet that contains all of my pre-cut die cuts that I’ve cut with my Silhouette Cameo and I sometimes flip through it during my process videos, when I’m looking for a specific die cut. I have had several people comment and ask me to show you how to create your own so I’m going to do just that as well as give away two additional booklets that I’ve made. I’ll get to that in just a bit but for now let’s start with what you’ll need to create your own.
- 15-25 sheets of cheap cardstock of any color (but white)
- 1 sheet of patterned paper that is cut to 9″ x 6″. (This will be your cover)
- Liquid glue (I used Aleenes Original Tacky Glue)
- Two Binder Clips to hold your booklet together as it dries.
*UPDATE*
This is the removable adhesive I use to place my die cuts in the booklet.
So first you are going to cut your cardstock in half at the 5 1/2″ mark. So your cardstock will all be 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. Next, cut your patterned paper to 9″ x 6″. Pour a little glue onto your craft mat (or wherever is convenient for you) and line up your cardstock so that it’s flush on one end. Using your finger or a brush, put the glue all over the flush side of the paper.
Line up your paper inside of your patterned paper (cover) and fold it over making sure to keep the flush side pressed down flat. Clip your clips onto the booklet at the spine to dry. That’s it!
Once it is dry, when you open it up it will look like this and you can store die cuts on both sides of the papers.
I’m sorry I didn’t take more photos while I was creating the book but it’s hard to create it and take pictures at the same time, I need another hand lol However, I did film the entire process so you can watch it below:

Hi Kat, quick question, how do you attack the die cuts to the paper? Some sort of repositionable adhesive? Thank you for this tutorial!
Jamie De Luna says
Oops! Meant “attach”, not “attack”
Kat says

Hi Kat. Just found your site. This book would be awesome because I just finished making myself a crafting binder to organize myself. And I bought a Silhouette Cameo so excited. I am new to the crafting world so I have a lot to learn. Thank for the opportunity.
